CORONAVIRUS COVID-19 UPDATE

Following the update from the Prime Minister, D7Logic is now open for “Stay Away” repairs with no close-contact between you and the technician required. Please read below the precautions we are taking in order to adhere to social distancing, creating a safe environment for you and our staff.

Collection Service (surcharge)

  1. We will estimate your repair and book this in with you, online or over the phone.
  2. Our technician will text / call you when they arrive, so that all you have to do is leave the equipment outside your doorstep.
  3. We will wear masks and gloves when appropriate.
  4. We will disinfect / wipe over areas we come into contact with.
  5. Where possible we will operate on a paper-free basis – meaning cashless payment and online invoices.
  6. We will always maintain a safe two metre distance
  7. After the repair is complete, we will disinfect your equipment before we hand them back to you. Our technician will text / call you to arrange delivery.

Drop-Off Services

  1. We will estimate your repair and book this in with you, online or over the phone.
  2. When you arrive at our Office, there will be clear instructions for your safety and we will always maintain a safe two metre distance.
  3. We will wear masks and gloves when appropriate.
  4. We will disinfect / wipe over the areas of your equipment we come into contact with.
  5. Where possible we will operate on a paper-free basis – meaning cashless payment and online invoices.
  6. After the repair is complete, we will disinfect your equipment before we hand them back to you.
